Ps 33:11: - "The counsel of the LORD stands forever. The plans of His heart from generation to generation."
Times change and so do people. The Lord is timeless. God transcends culture yet fits so cleanly in every age. His counsel is all encompassing. There is no one who has ever lived who could not live in His counsel. The plans of His heart really create such a level paying field. This is a major place where generatoins can speak to each other from a common foundation.
Father . . . Thank You for the clear transcendent place from which Your counsel flows. There are no prerequisites to hear and heed Your counsel. Every age can respond to Your plans. Help us find ways to give that messgae to the generations of people who have preconceived ideas about how You may be found.
